The Dry-Type Transformer Temperature Controller is a new generation of intelligent instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard JB/T7631-2005 Electronic Temperature Controller for Transformers, dedicated to ensuring the safe operation of dry-type transformers.

This controller adopts three Pt100 platinum resistors (φ3) as temperature-sensing sensors, which are embedded in the low-voltage windings by the transformer manufacturer. During the operation of the transformer, the rise in winding temperature causes a synchronous change in the resistance value of the platinum resistors. The controller processes the resistance values of different platinum resistors via its internal microprocessor, displays the three-phase winding temperatures on the same screen, and simultaneously executes the output of various alarm, control and signal functions.

The controller can also transmit temperature data and parameters to a remote computer through the RS485 communication protocol to form a distributed monitoring system. For user convenience, the controller with communication function is equipped with a Windows-compatible monitoring software.

4. Adopts a new anti-interference design, which has strong suppression capability for both common-mode interference and differential-mode interference, and meets the requirements of various electromagnetic compatibility indicators specified in national standards.

Flush Mounting:

Process a mounting hole (152×76mm) on the transformer tank or prefabricated substation housing in accordance with the installation dimensions, then insert the temperature controller into the hole directly.

Mounting Bracket Installation: Use M12 screw rods to vertically mount the mounting bracket on the angle steel support of the transformer through the mounting holes at the bottom of the bracket. Insert the temperature controller into the square hole of the mounting bracket; the four latches on the temperature controller housing will secure the controller to the bracket automatically.
