EnglishCKSG/CKDG low-voltage series reactors are used in low-voltage reactive power compensation devices and connected in series with capacitors. When there are a large number of harmonic sources such as rectifier converters in the low-voltage power grid, the high-order harmonics generated will seriously endanger the safe operation of the main transformer and other electrical equipment.
When the reactor is connected in series with the capacitor, it can effectively suppress harmonic amplification, improve the voltage waveform of the system, increase the power factor of the system, and effectively inhibit closing inrush current and switching overvoltage, thus protecting the capacitor effectively.
1.Applicable to 400V, 660V systems.
2.Reactance rate options: 1%, 6%, 7%, 12%, 13%, 14%, 14.8%, etc.
3.Rated insulation level: 3kV/min.
4.Temperature rise limits for each part of the reactor:
5.Iron core: ≤ 85K ,Coil: ≤ 95K
6.Noise level: ≤ 50dB.
7.The reactor can operate continuously under power frequency current ≤ 1.35 times the rated current.Reactance linearity: The ratio of reactance at 1.8 times rated current to that at rated current is ≥ 0.95.
8.For three-phase reactors, the difference between any two-phase reactance values shall not exceed ±3%.
9.Insulation thermal class: Class B or higher (130°C).
1. Altitude: ≤ 1000m
2. Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +45℃, relative humidity ≤ 90%
3. No harmful gases or flammable materials in the surrounding environment
4. Good ventilation conditions shall be provided in the surrounding environment
Malfunction: Excessive noise and abnormally high temperature rise
Causes: Severe over standard of system harmonic content, incorrect selection of reactance rate, or inherent quality defects of the reactor itself.
Troubleshooting Methods: If the harmonic content is seriously over the standard, filter measures are recommended; select the reactor reactance rate to suppress the lowest-order harmonics of the system, or replace the reactor.
